If you cannot attend this event, you can still help support
the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by making a donation:

Donald Splitstone's Team In Training Page

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society offers patient services, support groups, financial aid, counseling, educational materials, and helps to fund research to find a new generation of cancer fighting drugs. Help them find a cure for blood-related cancers!

Team in Training is a fundraising branch of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In exchange for professional coaching for marathon events, the Team in Training participants agree to do fundraising on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

*For your tax purposes, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's
Tax ID Number is:  13-13-5644916. Your donation is tax-deductible!

Liability Release

In order to participate in the "Fill the Mug" Charity Bar Crawl, you must be at least 21 years of age, and possess valid ID proving your age. You are required to sign a Liability Release form stating that you are voluntarily participating in the event, and do so at your own risk.

Model's Release

A "Model's Release" is your OPTION. This is in no way mandatory for participation. The Model's release gives us permission to take some fun photos on the day of the event, but ONLY with your consent and approval.

The Mode's Release states: I give permission for the free use of my name, picture, and voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account or any other account in any medium of this event. However, we will NOT use your name, if you prefer us not to. None of the photos used on this web site include names. We just want to have some fun, and help an important cause.

Your trusty webmaster/photographer will be at this event, digital camera in hand, documenting the festivities especially for this web site. You might just get your 15 minutes of fame! (if you choose!) Once again, we emphasize that getting your "mug shot" on this web site is totally voluntary, and not a requirement for participation in the event.

Check out the fun pics from the previous Charity Bar Crawls!

Designate a Driver or Take a Taxi Home!

We encourage you to designate a driver in your group to be responsible for safely driving you and your friends home at the end of the Charity Bar Crawl. We will provide free soft drinks for designated drivers throughout the event. Designated Drivers will also be eligible for special door prizes.

Don't drink & drive! If you find yourself in need of a taxi, here are some numbers you may want to write down and have with you...just in case. I know it's a cliche, but it's true:  Take a Taxi...not a life! Arrive alive!
